1. My daughterwho is 4 does the same thing ... She has DS but some say that is something they will outgrow ... but my daughter's therapists said it is caused from Sensory processing disorder ...( every one has a little of this ... ) Which is why some children also stuff their mouth full of food ! Find a vibrating teether or a chewy tube (gryzak wibracyjny lub tubka do żucia) ... it helps my daughter some but I also am taking her to a chiropractor to have her adjusted every so often ... Hope this helps!
I am hopoing she stops doing it before her permanent teeth are in as she has already put a small groove in her teeth in the front tooth!
My son did the same thing at night only when he was younger and seems to have outgrown it! He is now 11.

2.My daughter is 5 and getting her permanent teeth in already. She still grinds her teeth but I know it is something that runs in the family, both me and my father have always done it. The only thing I know of is a mouth guard (płytka przedsionkowa znajdująca zastosowanie w terapii bruksizmu- zgrzytania zębami) while sleeping which probably isn't possible at that age. Definitely take her to a dentist to find out. 

3.Vibration tools (narzędzia wibracyjne) inside the mouth to promote awareness of the mouth and hopefully facilitate mouth closure She does a lot of massage/vibration w/Little B's facial & neck muscles, sings & signs w/her, plays pat-a-cake, etc.  She studies Little B's oral structure (palate), mechanics & responses (tongue thrust (międzyzębowość), etc.) to determine where she needs help & she monitors her visual & auditory reactions for indications of sensory impairment (zaburzenia integracji sensorycznej) or processing disorders.
